Liz Flight
Liz Flight has helped mothers and babies with breastfeeding for over 25 years. As a Navy wife, Liz is focused on the needs of military families and has developed lactation programs for several Navy hospitals over the last 10 years and provided guidance for policy makers concerning support of the military mother returning to active duty.
Liz continues to provide professional education for military residency programs. Liz has been board certified as an IBCLC since 1993. She is on the Executive Board of the USLCA (United States Lactation Consultant Association) and is active in her regional chapter, TALCA (Tidewater Area Lactation Consultant Association).
