Donna Shields, MS, RDN
Donna is co-founder of the Holistic Cannabis Network, an online and holistic-focused cannabis education training platform for health professionals, caregivers and patients. As a registered dietitian nutritionist and a breast cancer thriver, she knows first-hand the multi-faceted approach one must take in cancer management.
She is a former faculty member at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, a cookbook author, and recipe developer. She has worked as a health communications advisor for numerous food brands both as a consultant and corporately. Currently based in Boulder, Colorado, the epicenter of the cannabis movement, Donna has access to key researchers, clinicians, and cannabis industry experts. She is a contributor to the exquisitely photographed The Cannabis Kitchen Cookbook.
