John is a certified Chemical Dependency Counselor who knows what it takes to create a new self-image and start a life in recovery. He has been formally working in treatment for over 3 years, but his passion for helping and motivating others came when he got sober more than 20 years ago. John works as the Director of Social Services at a treatment center in Los Angeles.
