Rachel is an empowerment coach, energy healer and spiritual teacher with 40 plus years of experience and training in cutting-edge energy techniques. She hosts Mineral Sanity & Health to provide the knowledge and experience of Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and minerals to the entire person — body, mind, and spirit.
She holds national certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork, advanced training in Applied Kinesiology, Cranial Sacral work, Myofascial Release, advanced certification in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), training in Matrix Re-imprinting, specialized training in neuro-emotional techniques, body-centered psychotherapy, Hakomi, and induction meditation techniques to increase total awareness and consciousness for the benefit of her clients.
Her hands-on experience as the patient educator in the family-owned chiropractic clinic in the 1970s and 80s, focused on metabolic balance — including HTMA lab reports — & nutrition.
