Jane Frankland is an award-winning entrepreneur, best-selling author and change agent. She focuses on business strategy and is a world authority on attracting and retaining women in cybersecurity. She has been named as a top twenty global influencer, the third most influential person in cybersecurity in the UK, a top 100 in UK tech, and a LinkedIn Top Voices. As the CEO of Cyber Security Capital she is solving the problem of getting more women into cybersecurity. She believes that a failure to attract and retain women in cybersecurity is making us less safe and that only by addressing this will we be more productive, innovative and happier. Jane has over 22-years of experience in cybersecurity, has built and sold her own global hacking firm, served in executive positions at renown cybersecurity consultancies and contributed to leading accreditation organisations.
