Annalyn Cruz
Annalyn Cruz is a Dream-Life and Leadership Coach, space holder, and storyteller that guides women and BIPOC leaders to heal their inner critic, connect to what they really love, and confidently become the best version of themselves. Annalyn is the CEO and Founder of Grounded In Wisdom, LLC, and has 20+ years of career experience where she focused on leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her bigger “Why” always led her to ensure that those she served felt a sense of belonging, felt seen and heard, and guiding those to find their own powerful voice and agency, in a world that often told them differently. Annalyn has felt especially pulled towards serving those within underrepresented communities and identities. As a Filipina, Asian American, and first-generation woman of color with immigrant parents, Annalyn knows the challenges of navigating between multiple identities and worlds. She is passionate about the intersections of cultural upbringing, gender, and other identities that play into one’s career and life journey. She currently lives in Oakland, CA within the Bay Area with her amazing dog Cab, who has been one of her greatest teachers in presence and fun! Annalyn enjoys joyful movement, writing poetry and her memoir, meditation, and energy healing.
