Have you been in Business for a while and still trying to figure out how to take your company to the next level? "Emerging Leaders Program Initiative provides free entrepreneurship education and training for executives of small, poised-for-growth companies that are potential job creators. This intensive executive entrepreneurship series includes nearly 100 hours of classroom time. It also provides opportunities for small business owners to work with experienced coaches and mentors, attend workshops, and develop connections with their peers, local leaders, and the financial community. Since its inception in 2008, the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Initiative has trained over 5,000 small business owners, creating over 6,500 jobs, generating over $300 million in new financing, and securing over $3.16 billion in government contracts."

Our program's goal is to bring financial education sources to businesses such as IRS Tax Updates, Government Business Lenders, Private Lenders, County Business Resources and Financial Advisers. Businesses are in need of eligibility to save tax, promote growth opportunity, deal with governmental and private financial resources, choose the correct entity and liability protection as well as define the character of business ownership.

Brenda Rejamand, CEO and founder of BD Tax and Finance Group, Inc, is the recipient of the 2018 Latina Empresaria Minerva Award of California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the 2018 Business Hall of Fame awarded by The Sacramento Award Program, the 2012-2016 Best of Sacramento award on Tax Returns and Accountants category by The Sacramento Award Program. She is also the recipient of the 2015 Latina Style Magazine Best Latina Business Owner in Sacramento.
Brenda enjoys giving back to the industry through mentoring other professionals and speaking to groups about her personal and career experiences. She has been a featured speaker for many organizations including: IRS Workshop for Small Businesses, Univision Morning News, and other various Non-Profit Community Groups.
In 2005, she graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2010, she completed the three rigorous and comprehensive IRS Enrolled Agent exams. Since then she has completed hundreds of IRS Approved Continuing Educations series, and multiple successful completed courses approved by CTEC (California Tax Education Council). Her practice is about developing trust during tax time and throughout the year. She’s an expert in small business start-ups and management, tax planning, and can represent you in case of an audit, examination, collection or appeal process whether you are an individual or business.
